To Welcome Everybody

As I always like to meet new people, from all around the world (not only the UK, mind you), I thought I'd start this little topic here. Where you can introduce yourself, tell a bit what you do, your job, where you are from, what you like to do and just say hello and welcome to each other!

My name, is as you have guessed Nathan, most call me Nath though, I don't mind either way. I live in Scotland, but work at the ministry of magic in London (I'm sure if you are a muggle you'll forget this once you've closed this group thing). I am 34 years old and currently single. I enjoy going out, being around my friends, but I don't mind to do my job either. Which is being an Auror. It's not the easiest job around, but it at least challenges me! So if you want to hang with me sometimes in a pub, let me know! And it doesn't even have to be a date ;) (but of course that's welcome if you are a female, i'm totally straight mind you!)

*blink. blink* I just realized I have no idea what you're talking about, but I strongly suspect the feeling will be mutual. Such is the burden of having found a collection of people that all seem to be from an entirely different universe (not to mention an entirely different species). But I will endure. ...Right, though, on to introductions. I suppose "Great Warrior" is slightly less accurate than "Great Chieftain," but I much prefer the sound. I lead my merry, albeit somewhat disfunctional, herd on Luteus Island, in The Ruins, upon the world of Saen. I am currently without a mate, and comfortable that way. I suppose I will get my bearings better concerning this place later.

Your aside, though, raises some excellent metaphysical questions: where do sapient unicorns from an alternate world fall on the "if you're a whatever, you'll forget this" scale? When one's universe is abandoned, what rules are abandoned or adopted with it?

I am Joshua Putnam... a poor soul who was bitten by a zombie in New York, New York during an apocalypse. I currently live in an abandoned apartment on the fourth floor of a building just off of Times Square with the Infected girl I found in the city library. She was sicker than most so I brought her with me. Her name is Sophie Zelenko. We're generally shunned by most other survivors because we are infected with the disease that caused zombies, however we have not yet died and reanimated.
